As of 2026, Noida feels early-to-mid growth. Infrastructure like the Noida Greater Noida Expressway and Noida International Airport supports genuine end-user demand. Compared to Gurugram, prices remain balanced, sustaining absorption. Micro-location and developer credibility now matter more than city branding alone. Steady appreciation still looks achievable from here over time.

We are mid-way between the Noida’s growth cycle. Once Jewar Airport and the full metro network are operational, prices are set to climb up further.

Also, Micro-location matters as who entered Sector 150 or Expressway sectors 3-4 years ago are already having on 40-50% gains.

I shifted to Noida 8-9 months back. I won’t say it’s like very unsafe or such, but then again I live around sector 76. I was considering 137 sector before but I felt like it more like outer. Depending on your working hours, it can be okay. And just to be careful in general, I have been in Bangalore too, but Noida towards greater noida can at times be too empty.

Not sure about 132. I have my main office building in 132. But haven’t seen much of residential buildings there apart from Jaypee. It’s pretty secluded there. If you get a chance, try to take a place in Central Noida. Hope this helps!

It is all cool in Noida. You can get nice properties near 137 as well check for Gulshan or ATS properties. There are a lot of people living in Noida and it is not like the old Nooda we used to hear about. People are raising families here so all is good & chill.
