In this area, there are plenty of choices for premium apartments with gated community such as My Home Navadweepa, DSR Reganti, Vishnu Vistara, Aparna Cyber Zone. All these townships are well constructed and with luxury amenities like swimming pool, club house, garden, swimming pool, good security services and gym. The rental price in HITEC city currently range from Rs26,600 to Rs 1,98,000 per month cover every budget from mid-premium to ultra luxury.
If you’re looking for good rental value, Nallagandha is the best option. It is very close to Gachibowli and HITEC City and also significantly cheaper than those. I think for a 2 BHK unit, rentals typically start around ₹60,000 plus maintenance charges. Hi, in Hyderabad you can find lot of well-developed and posh areas, among that I personally liked Kondapur. I’ve been to Kondapur for a project and stayed there foe 1 month. Really, I had a great experience and loved that place. Even I am planning buy a 2bhk flat over there.
That’s why I’m suggesting you to choose Kondapur. First, the location is so decent, noise free and have good environment. Unlike other buzzing cities, it will give you peace and calm environment. Good public transport and well-maintained roads. This place has no power cut issues. I don’t know that much about residential apartments but the area is quite beautiful and wonderful.
