I am currently looking to buy a 3BHK flat, but honestly the whole process feels very confusing. The investment is huge, so naturally the risk also feels big. Everywhere I look, every builder claims to be the best, and it becomes difficult to understand whom to trust and which project is actually worth the money.
So far, I have visited and checked out Experion Windchants and the project looks good, but I still want to explore more options before making any final decision. I am mainly looking for something that is budget-friendly, has good construction quality, decent connectivity, and a builder with a trustworthy reputation.
How do you all evaluate projects before buying?
Do you focus more on builder reputation, location growth, resale value, or construction quality?
Also, are there any other good 3BHK projects you would personally recommend that offer better value for money than some of the premium projects?
Would really appreciate genuine suggestions and real experiences from buyers here.
