If you’re buying for 5-7 years down the line, it’s fine. If you’re planning to move in immediately, be ready for missing pieces. The area is developing, but not fully functional yet.

Lived there on rent for 11 months. Power backup was solid, water mostly fine, but small things like getting a plumber or a cab late night took way more effort than expected.
