This is such a wonderfull place to stay with the 1bhk setup, everything in arms distance and also places like Starbucks, Westside, Croma and other things you name it the building has it?
Yes it is great to live but not so great for investment as the maintenance is high the most part of the rent goes in that, the rental yeild looks low. but it goes on rent easily without much stress
The whole of hiranandani is great, but the Walk is the center of the complete Hiranandani Complex offering alot of option for food and shopping, its vibrant
Its very Vibrant during the weekend and also its a must visit place during Diwali
Its this just too far from any public transport, any idea about the mode of travel!

I am a tenant living in ventana, the residents are very nice also the commitee members are supportive.The walk itself has many restaurants and cafes at a walking distance from ventana, ample parking space in the basement, good and cooperative security staff.
