I was planning to purchase a 1 bhk flat in Prestige Raintree Apartment in Whitefield for 13960 rupees/sqft. The flat has total area of 659 sq. It is costing around 92 lacks right now. They started the construction 2 months back and they said they would handover by 2030. This is just an investment idea and i would like to sell the flat once they handover. How much can i expect the prices to go up within this time and do you feel this is a good investment idea?
