Resale price of 1 BHK flat in Hiranandani Ventana Thane West

Topic: I am currently looking for resale flat in Ventana, have evaluated a few properties in thane with 1BHk configuration but I think Ventana is the society which might be the best
Here are some of the things which helped me

  1. School proximity since we have 2 kids, Poddar is just a few steps away from the main gate
  2. The overall Hiranandani community is a plus with all things inside from shops, restaurants etc
  3. We work in Dellloite so not much of travel from Lodha iThink approx. 2-3km
  4. The layout seems decent
    I was also looking at Solitare but it seems to be more with super compact option and also the audience was more of bachelors and less of family
    Interms of money value we could have found other options
    The brokers have quoted me 95L which I think can be negotiate not sure till what level as the budget is already stretched

I had been here the price seems high overall while compared and also the kitchen layout was small

I guess, the available of 1BHK options are less inside Hiranandani itself,

You could also look at other options going ahead to kasarvadavali and get maybe a 2bhk with few more lakhs
