Looking for a 2BHK in Andheri – Vasant Oasis
Age 43, family of 4 - One Kid, Wife and Mother inlaw. I was looking to move to Andheri and purchase a 2BHK, mostly Andheri East the project which I found the suited for was Vasant Oasis, actually there are 2 projects with 2BHK Vasant Blossom which is the new bldg. same builder and 2 wings and just across the road. Vasant Oasis which is the older I think 8 year old project which has far better amenities and a larger society
Vasant Oasis offer larger flats, more amenties but the builders are 8 year old, Internal flats look very tightly made with no ventilation as other bldg. is facing it, the outflats seem fine, Multiple people looking to sell from 2.3cr-2.5cr but broker said most would settle around 2.1-2.2cr, lower floor flats feel that u have been boxed in, Few years back there had been an issue; society vs builder which seem to settle down, I think it was due to leakage and increase in the number of towers on open space, the broker who stays in the same complex said things got settle as Comminity members got paid bribe or got flavours from the builder and even some purchased extra flat
Coming to Vasant Blossom, its across the internal road
The size seems smaller around 610-700carpet, less and smaller ameinities newer building, some say previous there was a gravyyard but I think its fine as such things are possible in Mumbai, the one which I liked is the pool view to most internal flat but there is a nala which is clearly visible after 5-6 floors and summers might be a problem as it might stink during hotter days price range builder is offering 2.2cr for the 2BHK 650 carpet all in with one car park, the bldg. seems to be ready for more than a year but builder still has flats, people are moving-in, society seems to be getting formed, OC has been received
Any inputs or anyone who might have stay here could get me more details, I am not looking for any other options
